All medications are prepared in compliance with state and federal requirements, with patient safety and provider oversight at the core of our process.
Every batch undergoes sterility and endotoxin testing in alignment with USP <797>.
Potency testing is performed during method establishment, with ongoing method suitability and process controls used to ensure consistent, reliable results across all batches.
Patients are welcome to reach out for general information or education about compounded medications. However, prescription changes or clinical questions should be directed to your healthcare provider for review and coordination.
Each order form includes a selection to bill either the patient or the provider’s office. When provider billing is selected, the patient’s profile is flagged accordingly, and pricing is communicated exclusively with the ordering provider or their designated office contact and never with the patient.
